About The Position

Hertz is seeking an Entry Level Management Trainee in Marysville. In this role, you will develop the skills needed to effectively manage and grow your own branch. The company promotes from within and offers opportunities to grow within the organization. The role is intended for someone who enjoys meeting people and providing helpful, quality customer service.

The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort driving different types of vehicles.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive customer experience and help make Hertz the number one car rental company for customer experience.
• Meet individual sales and customer service goals.
• Grow sales using business-to-business sales tactics.
• Support the branch business plan by assisting management.
• Uphold company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers.
• Clean and service facilities to support customer satisfaction.
