Management Trainee Spring 2027 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students in their final semester, aiming to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, teaching interns what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is located at 919B Ocean St, Santa Cruz, CA, and is for students graduating in June 2027. The position is part-time with an hourly rate of $22.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in their final semester graduating by June 2027.
- Must have 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- 10-12 week commitment with availability to start employment in March 2027.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
- Requires a valid unrestricted driver's license.
