Hajoca has a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain world-class leaders. This program involves a rigorous rotational structure where bright, driven individuals learn all aspects of distributing plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies. Trainees will rotate through various job functions across the business, working with a dedicated team on tasks ranging from warehouse stocking to financial statement computation and business generation. Upon completion and becoming a Profit Center Manager, individuals will be responsible for hiring decisions, product sales and pricing strategies, and customer engagement through sales and marketing, effectively running their own business with the program's preparation for success.
