About The Position

Hajoca Corporation offers a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain exceptional leaders. This rigorous rotational program provides bright, driven individuals with comprehensive training in all aspects of the distribution of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies. Trainees will gain experience in various job functions across the business, working with a dedicated team on tasks ranging from warehouse operations to financial statement analysis and business generation. Upon completion, individuals may become Profit Center Managers, responsible for hiring, product selection, pricing, and customer engagement strategies, effectively running their own business.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA.
  • An ability and willingness to work in all areas in the region (may require relocation).
  • A strong desire to lead a team and run your own business.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences.
  • The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service.

Responsibilities
