Hajoca has a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain world-class leaders. This program offers bright, driven individuals the opportunity to learn every aspect of the distribution of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies through a rigorous rotational program. Trainees will rotate through various job functions across the business, working alongside a dedicated team that handles everything from warehouse stocking to financial statement computation to business generation. Upon completion and becoming a Profit Center Manager, individuals will make decisions regarding hiring, product selection and pricing, and customer engagement strategies, effectively running their own business with the preparation provided by the development program.
