About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program. Based at a neighborhood branch in Forest Lake, Minnesota, the Management Trainee learns the business while serving customers and partners and supporting branch operations. The structured program provides training, development, mentoring, and hands-on experience to prepare trainees to run a branch, develop business, and lead a team. The role includes learning customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The listed location is 568 Lake St N, Forest Lake, MN 55025. Targeted first-year annual compensation is $54,329.24, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least one year of experience in sales and customer service, such as commission sales, retail, restaurant or service work, or hospitality; or leadership experience through the military, athletics or team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on the driving record in the past three years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
At least 18 years old.
