About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program at its Forest Lake, Minnesota neighborhood branch. Trainees learn the business from day one and serve customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees also build relationships in the community and develop the capabilities to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $54,329.24 and an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least one year of experience in sales and customer service, such as commission sales, retail, restaurant or service, or hospitality; or leadership experience through military service, athletics or team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
At least 18 years old.
