About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The role is located at one of the following San Jose, CA locations: 3591 Pearl Ave, 1485 Kerley Dr, or 395 Curtner Ave. This position is for students in their final semester of a bachelor's degree program, graduating in June 2027. It is a part-time role offering $22 per hour.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by June 2027.
Must have 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
10-12 week commitment with availability to start employment in February 2027.
Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
Requires a valid unrestricted driver's license.
