Management Trainee Spring 2027 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The role is located at 280 Mortensen Ave, Salinas, CA, and is intended for students in their final semester of a bachelor's degree program, graduating in June 2027. This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of $22.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by June 2027.
- Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- 10-12 week commitment with availability to start employment in February 2027.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
- Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
