Management Trainee Summer Internship - Logan
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, seasonal internship for a university or college student. Interns gain real-world business and leadership experience by taking on challenges similar to those handled by Enterprise’s first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The role is located at 896 1/2 Main St., Logan, UT 84321. Interns develop skills related to managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They complete internship projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating no later than May 2028 (rising senior).
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to a maximum of 89 days, during the May-to-August window.
- Must currently have a valid U.S. driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the last five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
