About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based internship for university and college students. Interns gain real-world business and leadership experience and learn what it takes to run a successful business. They take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals, with support from peers throughout the program. The internship is based at 896 1/2 Main St., Logan, Utah 84321.

Interns develop skills in fleet management, customer service, marketing strategy, and relationship building with customers and coworkers. They complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. Participants may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. The internship runs for 10–12 weeks, up to 89 days, during the May-to-August window.

Requirements

• Be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating no later than May 2028 (rising senior).
• Be able to work 40 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to 89 days maximum during the May-to-August window.
• Have a valid U.S. driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the last five years.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Be at least 18 years old.
