About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time summer internship for university and college students. Based in Abilene, Texas, and the surrounding areas, the internship provides practical business and leadership experience and introduces interns to the work of managing a business. Interns work in a team-based environment alongside peers and take on challenges similar to those of first- and second-year full-time professionals. The program runs from May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027, on a 40-hour-per-week schedule, and pays $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Have at least three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Have no drug- and/or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years (DUI/DWI).
• Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
• Live in Abilene, Texas, or the surrounding area.
