Summer 2027 Management Trainee Intern - Lubbock, TX
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with hands-on business and leadership experience. Interns take on challenges similar to those of first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, learning how to manage a vehicle fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. Interns also complete projects and may participate in peer competitions. The position is located in Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding areas. It is a paid, full-time internship scheduled for 40 hours per week from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027, at $18 per hour. Performance incentives and employee referral rewards may be available.
Requirements
- Be a senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
- Have at least three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
- Have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
- Have no drug- and/or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years (DUI/DWI).
- Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Live in Lubbock, Texas, or the surrounding area.
