Summer 2027 Management Trainee Intern - Greenwood
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, 10–12 week internship for a rising senior enrolled full time in a bachelor’s degree program at a four-year college or university. Located in Greenwood, Indiana, the internship begins in May 2027 and pays $16 per hour. Interns gain practical business and leadership experience in a team-based environment and take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The role is scheduled for 25–40 hours per week, with consideration for the intern’s school schedule. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be a rising senior enrolled full time in a bachelor’s degree program at a four-year college or university, graduating between August 2027 and May 2028.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last two years.
- Must be able to work 25–40 hours per week; the schedule accommodates school commitments.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on their driving record in the past five years, such as DUI/DWI.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must commit to 10–12 weeks and be available to start on the first day of training in May.
