About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with practical business and leadership experience. Paid interns learn how to run a successful business and develop management skills in a team-based environment, taking on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana 46219, begins in May 2027, pays $16 per hour, and requires a 10–12 week commitment. Interns must be available to start on the first day of training in May and work 25–40 hours per week, with scheduling arranged around school.

Requirements

Be a rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a four-year college or university, graduating between August 2027 and May 2028.
Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past two years.
Be able to work 25–40 hours per week, with scheduling arranged around school.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years, such as DUI/DWI.
Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Commit to 10–12 weeks and be available to start on the first day of training in May.
