About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, 10–12-week opportunity for a rising senior enrolled in a bachelor's degree program. Interns gain real-world business and leadership experience by taking on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The role is located in Avon and Brownsburg, Indiana, begins in May 2027, and pays $16 per hour. The schedule is 25–40 hours per week and can be arranged around the intern’s school schedule.
Requirements
- Must be a rising senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a four-year college or university, graduating between August 2027 and May 2028.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last two years.
- Must be able to work 25–40 hours per week, with scheduling arranged around school.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years, such as DUI/DWI.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must commit to 10–12 weeks and be available to start on the first day of training in May.
