About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, real-world business and leadership experience. Interns take on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The internship offers opportunities to develop management skills while learning to manage a vehicle fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. Interns complete projects and participate in peer competitions. The position is located in Golden, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Evergreen, and surrounding areas in Colorado.

Requirements

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years, such as a DWI or DUI.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend a college or university in Colorado.
