About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time summer internship for university or college students, providing hands-on experience and opportunities to develop business and leadership skills. Interns work in a team-based environment and take on challenges similar to those of first- and second-year full-time professionals. The role is based in Thornton, Brighton, North Denver, and surrounding areas. Interns learn about managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete intern projects and may participate in peer competitions. The schedule is 40 hours per week, and the pay is $19.50 per hour. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years, such as a DWI or DUI.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend college or university in Colorado.
