About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time summer internship for university or college students, based in Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding areas. Interns gain practical business and leadership experience by taking on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The internship runs from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027, and pays $18 per hour for a 40-hour workweek. Interns work in a team-based environment and may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. The role offers the opportunity to build management skills and pursue long-term career opportunities with Enterprise after graduation.

Requirements

Must be a senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
At least three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- and/or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years (DUI/DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must live in Lubbock, Texas, or the surrounding area.
