About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with real-world professional experience and opportunities to build business and leadership skills. Interns work in a team-based environment and take on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The internship is located in Abilene, Texas, and surrounding areas. The paid internship runs from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and pay of $18 per hour. Interns learn how to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete intern projects and participate in peer competition. Performance incentives and employee referral rewards may be available.

Requirements

Be a senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
Have at least three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
Have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Have no drug- and/or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years (DUI/DWI).
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
Live in Abilene, Texas, or the surrounding area.
