About The Position

JAM Industries is seeking a highly motivated Documentation Specialist Training Manager to join their team in Southaven, MS. This role is responsible for analyzing training needs, developing and improving training programs, conducting orientation and on-the-job training, and managing training budgets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7-10 years of related experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Conduct and document Lessons Learned and Best Practice Reviews.
Assess the impact of training programs.
Prepare training budget for all departments.
Conduct surveys with management team to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
