About The Position

The Process Improvement and Training Intern supports change management activities resulting from audit recommendations, process improvement efforts, and new process introductions. The role contributes to documentation updates and the development of training sessions and videos. The intern assists with quality management documentation, project communications, training materials, compliance tracking, remediation activities, and project reviews. The position provides exposure to multiple business units and their quality and project management needs, while offering opportunities to contribute ideas to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and updating quality management documentation.

Maintain compliance tracking systems and support remediation activities and change management.
Participate in project reviews and post-mortems, documenting key insights and recommendations.
