About The Position

The Department of Management at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah, invites applications for two (2) full-time faculty positions to begin August 2027. A PhD in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Theory—or anticipated completion of a PhD in one of these areas by July 31, 2027—is required. Applicants must have the ability to pursue a strong and independent research agenda, a clear commitment to teaching excellence, and full endorsement of, and alignment to, the mission of Brigham Young University.

Requirements

• PhD in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Theory, or anticipated completion by July 31, 2027.
