Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Consulting in the Industrial sector to include but not limited to: Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Freight and Logistics, Data/AI.
- Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and leading functional practices.
- Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach.
- Translate recommendations into actionable roadmaps and program plans.
- Possess a bias for action and a sense of urgency while maintaining a process-oriented approach and sound business judgment.
- Establish strong credibility and cultivate relationships with senior client leaders through thought leadership, exceptional delivery, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork.
- Navigate the global Accenture network effectively, leveraging expertise to generate valuable executive insights and contribute to client business development.
- Travel as needed, up to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
