About The Position

The Management Associate develops business and leadership skills by learning branch operations from the ground up. The role includes serving customers, supporting sales, managing fleet operations, and learning about branch business performance. Associates gain experience in leadership, sales, customer experience, operations, fleet management, and financial performance, with the opportunity to grow into a Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

Requirements

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Organized and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Professional demeanor and experience in a professional environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations and develop skills in team leadership, scheduling, and coaching.
• Deliver friendly, solutions-focused customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Support sales goals, learn sales techniques, and use CRM tools and business metrics.
• Support fleet logistics, vehicle inventory, lot management, vehicle preparation, and daily branch needs.
• Learn financial processes, reporting, compliance, revenue, expenses, and overall branch performance.

Benefits

• Hourly wage of $16.00 plus commission, varying based on performance.
• Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws; prior approval is required under company policy.
• Eligible for holiday pay: 1.5 times the regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, plus 8 hours of holiday pay.
• Sick pay, up to 40 hours.
• Paid time off/vacation and paid observed holidays, with accruals starting at 0.83 days a month, 4 floating holidays, and 9 paid observed holidays.
