About The Position

The Management Associate role is a leadership development opportunity focused on learning branch operations from the ground up. Associates gain experience serving customers, driving sales, managing fleet operations, and supporting business performance, with the opportunity to develop toward a Branch Manager role in as little as 12–18 months.

The position provides exposure to team leadership, scheduling, coaching, customer relationships, sales techniques, CRM tools, business metrics, fleet logistics, vehicle inventory and preparation, financial processes, reporting, compliance, revenue, expenses, and overall branch performance. The hourly wage is $16.00 plus commission, which varies based on performance.

Requirements

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Organized and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Professional demeanor and experience in a professional environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations and develop skills in team leadership, scheduling, and coaching.
• Deliver friendly, solutions-focused customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Support sales goals and learn sales techniques, CRM tools, and key business metrics.
• Support fleet logistics, vehicle inventory, lot management, vehicle preparation, and daily branch needs.
• Gain exposure to financial processes, reporting, compliance, revenue, expenses, and overall branch performance.

Benefits

• Eligible for overtime pay, subject to applicable laws and prior approval under company policy.
• Holiday pay at 1.5 times the regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, plus 8 hours of holiday pay.
• Up to 40 hours of sick pay.
• Paid time off and vacation accruals starting at 0.83 days per month.
• Four floating holidays.
• Nine paid observed holidays.
