About The Position

VTG is seeking a Management Analyst to support its Virginia Beach, Virginia office. The role provides analytical and operational support to Project Managers and Directors executing Government contracts. It analyzes program data, operational performance, cost and schedule information, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics to help Project Managers manage contract performance. The analyst works closely with Finance, Contracts, Accounting, and Program Management to ensure program data is accurate, aligned, and actionable.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Four to seven or more years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project and Program Managers with the day-to-day analytical and operational aspects of managing Government contracts.
• Analyze program data and develop flat files, reports, and analytical tools to support program execution and management decision-making.
• Perform system analysis and data validation, ensuring information across program and business systems is accurate, consistent, and aligned.
• Support EVM activities, including analysis of planned value, earned value, actual costs, variances, performance trends, and corrective actions.
• Assist Project Managers with monthly program reviews, forecasting, EAC/ETC development, and variance analysis.
