Management Accounting Manager

EndeavorsSan Antonio, TX

About The Position

At Endeavors, we believe people are our mission. Behind every program we operate, every person we serve, and every community we impact is a financial foundation that has to be strong, responsible, and sustainable. That is where you come in. We are looking for a humble, driven, and relational financial professional to join our Accounting team as a Senior Management Accountant. This is not a role where you simply prepare reports and move on to the next spreadsheet. You will be a trusted financial partner to our CFO, Controller, program leaders, and other members of the organization - helping them understand the story the numbers are telling and make better decisions because of it. If you enjoy digging into the details, solving complex problems, finding better ways to do things, and partnering with people who are passionate about serving others, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.
