About The Position

As a Managed Services - IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming seamless network and server functionality. Within our Cloud Operations practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to enable smooth operations and availability for clients. This involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and applying industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and minimize downtime
Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems to enhance performance and availability
Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud services to address issues promptly and maintain service excellence
Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to support business operations and client needs
Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of cloud migration and optimization projects
Utilizing technical proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform to drive cloud strategy and service delivery
Coaching and mentoring team members to develop skills and deliver quality outcomes
Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for infrastructure performance improvement
Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in critical conversations
Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with cloud regulations and guidelines
