About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Managed IT Services Manager for an upcoming project opportunity: Information Technology Managed Services. This is a three-year professional IT managed services opportunity for the Town of Grand Isle, Vermont, beginning January 1, 2027. The role involves coordinating managed IT delivery, service levels, escalation, reporting, and Town stakeholder communication. Consultants will be expected to review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements. They will provide role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as resumes, cover letters, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. Coordination with FuntoNetwork on the assigned consultant role and related technical work is essential, along with clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support for quality control, status updates, and readiness for the assigned portion of the work is also required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience for this project-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

- Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
