About The Position

Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center is actively seeking a Hematologist-Oncologist to join our Cancer Medicine Division. This physician will expand the delivery of cutting-edge therapies for patients with hematological malignancies and support our Cellular Therapy Program. The physician will join our team of four hematologists, and 2 inpatient based onco-hospitalists. Our state-of-the-art cellular therapy and stem cell transplant unit opened in August of 2026 on the downtown campus of Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville. Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center opened a 330,000 square foot patient-centered, state-of-the-art facility dedicated solely to the full spectrum of oncology care. Requirements

  • Board-certified, or Board Eligible in Hematology or Medical Oncology
  • Commitment to multidisciplinary cancer care
  • Aligned with the clinical, research and scholarly mission of our program

Nice To Haves

  • Additional experience in cellular therapy / CAR-T or Stem Cell Transplant is desired
  • Clinical research experience is desired
