Baptist Medical Center MD Anderson is currently hiring for a Full-Time Days Referrals Coordinator to join their BMDA Patient Access Services Department at the Baptist MD Anderson Downtown location in Jacksonville, FL. This role is part of a small team of 2 individuals performing check-ins and 6-10 individuals performing check-outs, working closely with patients and providers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an office setting, a hard worker, skilled in customer service, and able to multitask. The department's focus is on assisting MD Anderson patients through their medical process by managing patient schedules and confirming appointments.

Responsibilities
- Providing referral assistance to physicians, patients, and insurance companies.
- Maintaining medical documentation, schedules appointments, and processes prescriptions and referrals.
