About The Position

St Julien Hotel & Spa is hiring outgoing Male Spa Concierges to provide memorable, genuine customer service. The role includes greeting and escorting guests using Spa services, explaining facilities and amenities, helping maintain the cleanliness of the Spa and Salon, and supporting guest inquiries about Spa and Hotel services. Associates are expected to maintain a professional appearance and respectful demeanor and follow the Hotel’s environmental standards for waste and recycling. Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum commitment of 15–20 hours per week. Requirements

Previous guest service experience is highly preferred but not required.
Friendly, service-oriented approach and ability to work as part of a team.
Effective communication with associates and guests at all levels.
Ability to stand for several hours at a time.
Ability to lift, push, or pull laundry linens weighing up to 25 pounds frequently.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Availability to work a minimum of 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Escort guests from the Spa Reception Desk to the men’s locker area and explain available facilities and amenities.
Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, fitness center, and women’s locker room.
Transport dirty linens from the Spa to Hotel laundry and keep the Spa stocked with clean linens.
Help maintain the general cleanliness of the Spa and Salon, including picking up newspapers, emptying trash cans, and cleaning windows and shelves.
Research lost-and-found items for Spa guests.
Maintain knowledge of Spa information and services and general Hotel information to answer guest inquiries.
Follow Hotel grooming and appearance policies and maintain a pleasant, respectful demeanor with guests and associates.
Dispose of waste and recycling according to established environmental standards and policies.
Perform other duties as requested by the manager.
