Male Locker Room Attendant
About The Position
The Male Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa's locker rooms, guest bathrooms, reception, and retail areas. This role involves daily maintenance of linens, sterilization of spa slippers, stocking of amenities, and assisting with inventory. The attendant ensures guests have a positive experience by upholding The Greenbrier's standards and policies, reporting any incidents, and working an assigned schedule. Secondary responsibilities include assisting staff with moving furniture, replenishing ice, attending meetings, and completing other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Good verbal skills, pleasant, friendly attitude and outgoing personality
- Team player
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to coordinate workloads and schedules
- Self motivated
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Light cleaning of locker rooms and guest bathrooms, as well as light cleaning and daily maintenance of reception and retail area of Spa
- Daily maintenance and removal of soiled linen, from guest robes to soiled towels
- Sterilization of spa slippers used by guests
- Keep quiet rooms neat and tidy
- Stock and organize product and presentation of guest amenities in the locker area
- Assist with inventory of products
- Ensures The Greenbrier experience
- Adheres to policies of the facility
- Reports any incidents or accidents to the Spa Director
- Works assigned schedule
- Lift and move furniture
- Replenish ice
- Attends Spa/departmental meetings as scheduled
- Completes other duties assigned by the Spa Director
- Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events
