Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance or make-ready experience
- High energy and a positive, can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- Professional appearance and excellent service skills
- Willing to work weekends and participate in the on-call rotation
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with moving and replacing appliances
- Inspect, repair, or replace faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, and plugs
- Perform light painting, drywall patching, and caulking
- Replace or repair ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and more
- Change HVAC filters and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Clean carpets using commercial equipment
- Assist with apartment trash-outs and property grounds upkeep
- Support the team with after-hours on-call maintenance (required rotation)
