About The Position
Sealy Management Company is seeking a talented and courteous Maintenance Technician for Cypress Cove Apartments. The technician represents the company and property to residents and is expected to combine technical competence with customer-focused service. The role includes routine apartment maintenance, apartment turnovers, general property upkeep, and collaboration with management, leasing, maintenance teams, and vendors. Duties may vary from day to day.
Requirements
- Technical competence in apartment maintenance.
- Strong customer service and courteous communication.
- Willingness to adapt as job duties change.
- Ability to perform overtime and on-call duties on a planned schedule.

Responsibilities
- Represent the company and property with professionalism.
- Perform routine apartment maintenance, including drywall repair, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Plan and execute apartment turnovers, scheduling and working with vendors when necessary.
- Perform general property upkeep and ensure the community looks its best.
- Communicate effectively with management, leasing, and maintenance teams to achieve property goals.
- Adapt to changing duties from day to day.
- Perform on-call duties on a planned schedule.
