About The Position
Gateway Management Company is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for the Vinings of Augusta apartment community in Augusta, Georgia. The position performs maintenance duties to maintain, repair, and improve the apartment community and works with management to ensure it meets the company’s quality maintenance standards. Requirements
- At least two years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
