About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Lakeridge Living in Reno, Nevada. The role supports apartment community operations through grounds and common-area upkeep, service-request completion, repairs, apartment turnovers, and emergency response. The ideal candidate has broad maintenance trade experience and a strong customer-service focus, and works effectively with a team.

Employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties. Reliable transportation is required, and the role includes availability for an on-call rotation. Candidates selected for the position will be asked to submit to a background check and drug screen. Requirements

• Experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning.
• Customer-service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Perform painting and apartment turnovers.
• Take emergency calls.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
