About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team at Lakeridge Living in Reno, Nevada. The role supports the maintenance and upkeep of the apartment community and requires broad trade experience and a strong customer-service focus. Duties include cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; repairing appliances; painting; preparing apartments for turnover; and responding to emergency calls. Reliable transportation is required, and the position participates in an on-call rotation. Employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience at a 200-unit property.
• Experience across trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning.
• Customer-service attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
