Maintenance Technician Part Time
About The Position
Maintenance Technicians help maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist their manager in keeping operations running smoothly. The role is customer-facing and includes general customer service, cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and support for store, restaurant, and truck care departments. Technicians use various tools and equipment for facility upkeep, equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position may also involve cross-training in other departments.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance, including work involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
- Cross-train in other departments, which may include Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
