About The Position

This position is based at the PCA Box Plant in Columbus, Indiana. Maintenance Technicians perform varied maintenance tasks, including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Technicians work as part of a team to perform preventive maintenance safely and respond to breakdown calls in a production environment. All Maintenance Technician positions are multicraft, and training is provided to develop these skills. The production schedule operates across three shifts; technicians are assigned shifts according to plant needs and seniority. Shift changes may be available when organizational or production-schedule changes occur.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• A technical degree in the mechanical or electrical trades.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.

Responsibilities
