About The Position
Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a future opportunity. The role supports the preservation of the property's physical attributes and helps uphold community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures. The technician helps enforce safety measures, maintain the shop and company equipment, control inventory, and secure keys. The role also includes inspecting the property to maintain curb appeal and providing excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents and teammates. The ideal candidate is cheerful, performance-driven, resident-focused, hardworking, and committed to quality and service.
Requirements
- At least one year of prior experience with the maintenance needs of a community.
- Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance.
- Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Ability to use computers and related applications.
Responsibilities
- Help preserve the property's physical attributes.
