About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the community service team and supports the Property Manager in maintaining community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience effectively managing the maintenance needs of a community.
• At least 1 year of experience successfully leading a team.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Ability to use computers and related applications.
• A sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the performance of the service team and serve as a positive role model.
• Support the Property Manager in upholding community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Coach and mentor staff and provide personal goals.
• Schedule daily activities efficiently and monitor work quality and quantity.
• Be familiar with property budgets and provide long-range planning recommendations.
• Maintain the shop, company equipment, supplies, and inventory control, and ensure key security.
• Inspect tour routes and model units to ensure they are presented well.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents and teammates.
