About The Position

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a future opportunity. The role focuses on sales and resident experience, helping drive the success of a property by building relationships with prospective and existing residents and supporting the property team. The consultant is expected to deliver friendly, professional service, maintain an inviting leasing environment, and help present the property effectively. The anticipated annual base salary range is $40,700–$46,900; salary within the range depends on factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.

Requirements

At least two years of transferable customer service experience.
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Ability to provide professional, friendly customer service and meet the stated closing-ratio expectation.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective and existing residents gather.
Maintain tour routes and model units so they are presented at their best.
Stay aware of local market conditions and trends.
Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
Communicate professionally with residents verbally and in writing.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents, existing residents, and team members.
Meet an expected minimum closing ratio of 20%.
