About The Position

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a future opportunity. The role focuses on driving property success through sales, leasing, and resident experience. The consultant maintains an inviting leasing office and tour routes, understands local market conditions, contributes marketing and resident-satisfaction ideas to the Property Manager, and communicates professionally with prospective and current residents and team members. The role calls for a people-focused, energetic approach and a target closing ratio of at least 20%. The anticipated annual base salary is $40,700–$46,900, with the final salary determined by factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.

Requirements

At least two years of transferable customer service experience.
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Ability to achieve a closing ratio of at least 20%.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and areas used by prospective and current residents.
Keep tour routes and model units in excellent condition.
Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
Communicate professionally with residents, both verbally and in writing.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents, existing residents, and team members.
Achieve an expected minimum closing ratio of 20%.
