About The Position

Monarch is hiring a career-oriented Maintenance Technician for Oakwood Village, a multifamily housing community in Parkersburg, West Virginia. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for preparing apartments between residents, responding to on-site maintenance calls, and completing preventative maintenance. The role includes make-ready work and interior and exterior painting and staining. The position requires 40 hours per week and participation in an on-call rotation. Responsibilities

Prepare and turn apartments between tenants.
Respond to on-site maintenance calls.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Paint and stain interior and exterior surfaces.
Participate in an on-call rotation.

Benefits

Pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience.
Quarterly bonus of up to $750.00.
