About The Position

Monarch is seeking a career-oriented Maintenance Technician for Oakwood Village in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The role is responsible for preparing apartments between residents, responding to on-site maintenance calls, and performing preventative maintenance. The position is full-time and on-site, with a 40-hour workweek and participation in an on-call rotation. A physical demonstration of the ability to complete basic job duties is required during the interview. Employment requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check and a drug screen; THC is not checked.

Responsibilities

Prepare and turn apartments between tenants.
Respond to on-site maintenance calls.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Paint and stain interior and exterior areas.
Participate in the on-call rotation.

Pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience.
