About The Position
Pegasus is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Satori Town Center. The technician will take ownership of their role at the property, provide excellent customer service to residents, and complete resident and property service requests. The position involves maintaining and developing skills in areas such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Experience with, or a desire to learn, skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.
Nice To Haves
- EPA or CPO certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
- Complete resident and property service requests.
- Perform or develop maintenance skills in HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
