About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to achieving Company goals. The role represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, provides a seamless OMNI experience, and helps create a warm, welcoming environment. Associates use intentional conversations to understand customer needs, share current products, fit and fashion trends, and build lasting customer relationships. They also support operational needs, prioritize tasks to serve customers and the business, protect company assets, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; may occasionally need to move items weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions, with assistance as available.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; may occasionally need to replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
