About The Position

As a Sales Associate at WHBM, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment built around hospitality. You’ll foster genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service while contributing to store performance and a positive team culture. The role includes supporting merchandising, inventory replenishment, store organization, and brand visual standards. The position is regular, part-time, at the Easton Town Center store in Columbus, Ohio, with an hourly pay range of $11.00–$13.75.

• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
